FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- All international orders will be shipped from our fulfillment center in Singapore.
- Handling time will take 1-2 business days before delivery
- Logistic company options are only: DHL, FEDEX, and UPS
- In the case of lost or delayed shipments, all packages are shipped with tracking. We reserve the right to cancel an order instead of replacing the item. This will usually require a reasonable waiting period before a shipment is considered as lost in transit, based on location and time of year. Filing for a lost parcel can take some time and we would require physical/ digital proof that a claim has been lodged and the customer has not received the package.
